A Personal, Meaningful Celebration

As your celebrants, we are here to make the journey as memorable and personal as the ceremony itself. From our first conversation through to the moment we deliver your ceremony on the day, we will be there to guide, support and bring your ideas to life.

How we work:

  • Initial meeting – A relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other, hear your story and talk about your wishes for the ceremony.
  • Ideas & inspiration – Guidance, suggestions and inspiration to help you create a ceremony that feels truly you.
  • Personalised ceremony draft – we will carefully craft a unique ceremony based on your story, personalities and plans for you to approve - no surprises on the day!
  • Second meeting – We can meet again if required, either face-to-face or online, to go through your ceremony, make any last changes and ensure you’re completely happy.
  • Rehearsal - We can attend rehearsals if required.
  • Your special day – We will be there to deliver your ceremony with warmth, care and professionalism, helping everything feel relaxed and memorable.

Most importantly, this is your ceremony, your story and your moment. Our role is to listen, create and make sure your ceremony feels authentic to you.

Any other service will be individually priced.

Additional extras:

Additional extras for any ceremony will be charged as agreed with you in advance.

Rehearsals: In person rehearsals are available if helpful and are charged at £75 plus mileage depending on location.

Mileage:

This will be charged at 45p per mile for any service beyond a 25 mile radius of the Town Clock, Saxon Square, Christchurch, BH23 1EA.

Deposit:

50% deposit will be due at the time of booking with the balance due on the day of the ceremony.

For a funeral the full payment period will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
